Rentracks serves as a bridge, connecting the traffic from publishers (our partners) to drive leads and conversions for advertisers (our clients).

A select group of publishers, carefully reviewed and approved by both Rentracks and the advertisers, are permitted to use paid traffic through Google Ads under specific conditions to generate conversions.

To streamline this process, Rentracks Conversion Uploader is a web application designed to help publishers upload conversion data directly to their Google Ads accounts. This tool reduces costs and enhances the efficiency of ad campaigns.

– If publishers allow permission for the web app, Rentracks system can begin connecting to their Google Ads account data and let them configure:
+ Their Google Ads Login ID
+ Their Google Ads running account ID
+ Their Conversion Action ID

– When publishers begin running the campaign with Google Ads, if customers click to the ads, a google click id (gclid) will be appended to the advertiser landing page. Our system and our advertiser system will collect and store that value.

– When the conversion happens, our system will base on the publisher configuration above , and the gclid value to send a correct conversion value to their target conversion action.

– Data can be updated hourly or daily.
